NO RETURNS & REFUNDS

We don’t provide return and refund services of the wrong size.

After you purchase we will confirm all details to you again, but after you receive the package we don’t accept any reason of the wrong size, not suitable your car. Because we confirm to you before!

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES  (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:info@floatingcentercaps.com

If the item has a quality problem please contact us we will send the new one to replace . We will pay the shipping fees.

SALE/PROMOTION ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
